The Monument to Gavril Krustevich in Plovdiv was unveiled in 2021 in the courtyard of the Cathedral Church “Dormition of the Theotokos” in the city’s Old Town. The bronze statue stands at 220 cm tall and depicts Krustevich holding a document—symbolizing his role in the establishment of the Bulgarian Exarchate. The project was initiated by the Plovdiv Metropolis and approved by the Municipal Council.
